So I realize it has been way too long since I have posted a picture of my favorite little person. She totally makes my day when she whips out one of those crooked smiles.
Sidenote: Notice the two sippy cups in the bottom of the picture. Ava likes to have her choice between milk and orange juice during her meals. It's not uncommon to see her take a sip out of one just to quickly place it down and take a swig of the other.

Don't you love those funny little quirks that your kids get, and when they are old enough to express themselves, It's fantastic! Dima loves shirts. Don't ask me why, but he is very particular about which one (or ones sometimes he wears up to 5 at a time) he wears and gets very protective if we try to cover it up (like with a bib or a jacket) or take it off (at bath time or for church).
I love him, and wouldn't want it any different!!

She totally makes my day everytime she wants to talk to "Nana" and when she does her elephant impression. Can't wait to see her in a couple of months.
I had so much fun playing peek-a-boo with Ava yesterday. Tell her thank you for "trying" to share her fruit snacks with me on the skype cam. Can't wait for more pics of her to come...and maybe a video of some of the neat things she can do- hint hint
